Krish's own programmes are built entirely from 35 years of decisions made inside real organisations. — KRISH · FOUNDER, KRIS KONSULTINGKrish spent 35 years inside some of the world's most demanding financial institutions: ABN Amro, Alliance Capital, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, L&T Group, MCX, SHCIL and Zurich. Across those years, he built risk frameworks, led compliance functions, managed audits, and advised boards on governance across multiple jurisdictions.
What he found, repeatedly, was a gap. The professionals tasked with managing risk (compliance officers, internal auditors, risk managers) were being trained on generic content that had little connection to how risk actually works inside a financial institution. Courses built from textbooks. Frameworks copied from regulators. Nothing field-tested.
KrisLMS launched as the delivery platform for Kris Konsulting's proprietary GRC programmes. It has since grown into a full learning platform, hosting CPD-accredited Masterclasses, NISM-linked programmes, and bespoke corporate training, while also offering organisations and independent trainers the infrastructure to deliver their own learning.
Built on Moodle 4.5 with IOMAD multi-tenancy, KrisLMS supports self-paced eLearning, instructor-led virtual, and classroom delivery, giving learners and organisations the flexibility to learn the way that works for them.
