You agree a programme selection with Krishnan offline. Once the deal is in place, you upload your employee list and each person gets access to exactly the programmes agreed. No more, no less. Your portal runs at yourcompany.krislms.com under your branding. We handle everything else.

How access works

You agree a programme selection with Krishnan. Once in place, you upload your employee list via CSV or Excel. Each employee is enrolled automatically in exactly the agreed programmes. Access is controlled — employees see only what has been assigned to them.

Any programme in the catalogue

Your selection is not limited to a fixed set. Any programme in the KrisLMS catalogue is available — certifications, corporate training programmes, NISM courses, and content from training partners. The catalogue grows over time as new programmes are added.

Compliance-ready reporting

Real-time dashboards showing completion by employee, department, and programme. Exportable for internal audit or regulator submissions. No manual tracking required.

Offline Deal, Then Instant Access

For Training Buyers, programme access is agreed with Krishnan. Once the arrangement is in place, your employees are enrolled via CSV upload and access begins immediately.

Most programmes are global in scope and applicable across geographies. Some include dedicated India-specific segments covering SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI frameworks. A smaller number are focused specifically on the Indian market.
